Nick Kennedy Memorial Match Sunday 5th September 1.30pm

This Sunday OCC is proud to be hosting a match in memory of Nick Kennedy (photo: front row, right). Nick played for OCC in the late 70s and early 80s, lived in Ormskirk and practised as a barrister in Liverpool and Preston. He passed away prematurely in 2020 at the age of 65.

Three teams - the Liverpool Bar XI, the Northern Circuit XI and the Kennedy All Stars XI - will compete to win the inaugural Kennedy Cup to be presented by Nick's wife, HHJ Heather Lloyd. Each team will bat for 20 overs and face 10 overs from the other two teams.

The day starts at 1.30pm and the first match at 2pm. Spectators are very welcome and we hope to see as many of you as possible.
